We are a community run OSHC who employ our own educators and run our own programs. All proceeds go to our P&C which is reinvested in the P&C and Junction Park State School community. The following fee schedule, and terms and conditions are effective from 21 July 2025:
Junction Park State School P&C Association, as the Approved Provider, expects that all people connected to Junction Park P&C OSHC in particular employees and other individuals interacting with children, to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the highest standards of professionalism, ethical practice and commitment to the safety, wellbeing and cultural safety of all children and young people.
See Policy 4.6 Code of Conduct for more information and expectations.
Permission form to be completed prior to acitivies. One form is required per activity. A child will not be released to their activity without a completed permission form.
Mark them as "Absent" in the Xplor Home app before the session time commences.
Unnotified absences for after school care will incur a $5 charge to recover the administrative overhead.
If we are expecting your child, we must follow protocol to ensure their safety, which can escalate to contacting the Queensland Police Service.
Note: If eligible for the child care subsidy, the subsidy will be paid for up to 42 absences per child each financial year.
In shared care arrangements, the allowable absences count is allocated to the child, not to each individual parent's enrolment with the child care service.
If a child is enrolled in more than 1 session of care on the same day (such as before and after school care) and is absent for 1 or both of those sessions, it is counted as 1 absence day.
Further Information on Absences can be found on the Services Australia website. You can track your child's number of days absent on your Account Statement or via your Centrelink account.
Cancellation requests of bookings must be made in writing via email (cannot be made in the Home App) as per the notice periods* below:

Note that CCS generally will not be paid for any absences after the last day your child physically attends, you will need to pay full fees for these days. See Services Australia for more information.
